Seriously, you want to complain about me being courteous? Lame. She didn't understand the point of me telling her that. So, that was her FIRST complaint.
So...the reason is some people don't know they are early, so when they get up and leave, and check their cell phone clock, watch or car clock and realize the massage ended 10 minutes too soon, they think they got "jipped" out of their massage time...when in fact they received their entire time.
SECOND complaint from same lady is she was mad because she wanted to use her SpaFinder gift certificates toward a MAJORLY discounted massage service. It's one thing if you use our gift certificates, you can get whatever discounted service or product we have. But, when you use SpaFinder, it can only be used toward full priced services.
To make you understand a little better. If a massage at FAKESSAGE SPA is normally $60, and they pay for advertising on SpaFinder. SpaFinder takes $43, FAKESSAGE SPA takes $17, and now that $17 needs to be split between the massage therapist and FAKESSAGE SPA. It doesn't work if Fakessage Spa is advertising a $45 massage for an Early Bird Morning Special and someone comes in with a SpaFinder Gift Certificate. Because there would only be 2 dollars for Fakessage Spa and the Massage Therapist to split. And when you get mad as a client, you are basically saying that the Massage Therapist wasn't worth 1 buck after massaging you for an hour...most people don't massage for free, would you?
PS
It's not my fault if you don't read SpaFinder terms of service where it says: Check with the location before making appointments or reservations.
