He Ripped Us Off



There's a tattoo shop next door, and we get a lot of their clients who randomly come in, or their staff comes by to get their hands and wrists worked on.

This man with sleeves of tattoos and dressed the way they dressed came in. I ASSumed he was from the tattoo shop. I was being extra friendly and told him he could pay his therapist after the massage, when normally I would make you pay first if you are new. He got a half hour massage and I had "G" take him to her massage room.

She massaged him, had a good conversation with him, and I even reminded her twice that he needs to pay afterward. She acknowledged my reminder. I went into a massage with my own client, and I did hear her say, "Hey!" The guy took off fast, knowing full well he did not pay, and got in his car and drove off. We looked his information up from his client intake form and called the number. It was a false number, and the address he gave us was not his home address but a teeshirt print shop.
