E & I would like you to reconsider resigning. We know that you are a very talented therapist that has kept a punctual schedule and has many clients.
We would adjust your current schedule to reflect your request for every other Sat. / Sun. off. We will also offer an increase in your massage bonus of $1.00 per massage.
